Best affordable shampoos to compliment an internal regimen?

Well, I am fairly happy with my internal regimen plan for now, but wanted to have just as much confidence in my choice(s) of shampoos!

I am trying to keep myself in good health, and as much as I think ketoconazole does seem effective, I am uneasy about putting any strain on any part of my body, particularly a part that the health of which I consider v important to my battle against hair loss!

Brian Simonis put together a cool looking shampoo formula which seems quite intelligent and healthy, but I've never tried it.

Any thoughts?

I use Nizoral 2% along with LS&B or super Hair energizer on off days.I was using Fluoccinolone acetonide shampoo to control sebum production but I have decided to discontinue it.
