Hi guys,

I currently use Head and Shoulders but after reading this (and losing about 30 hairs whilst washing it today) I've decided to reconsider.

I mix it up and use Nizoral once or twice a week too, but I use Head and Shoulders every day and would like to switch to something else I think.

One other thing, I used Johnson's Baby Shampoo recently because I just had laser eye correction and didn't want to get anything too strong in my eyes, but I can't see how using that would've attributed to hair loss and shedding about a month later would it?

Thanks

My "science" may not be correct on this one, but I've read that oftentimes different types of surgeries my contribute to hairloss, I don't know if laser eye surgery is one of those surgeries....maybe you got a telogen effluvium triggered by surgery or maybe it accelerated your hairloss or maybe your hairloss is resuming it's natural course....I have read that some on this site attest to the efficacy of L'oreal vive pro thickening shampoo...maybe you might want to try that....I am trying it now and will alternate that with my use of Nizoral......

Thanks dude - my hair isn't that thin, just receded you know? Like at the sides at the front there isn't much (any :D) hair - will that L'oreal vive pro thickening shampoo be good for someone like me, who just wants like stronger roots/hair (lols) so it stops falling out rather than just going a bit thin on top and needs it to look thicker?
