whats msm ?

Best multivitamin out there is the one made of whole food in capsule. Better absorption by your cells.
http://www.vitacost.com/Natures-Way-Ali ... Iron-Added
is a good example and cheap.

MSM... buy it in capsule also.. There is also a cheaper way in powder that you can buy in bulk ...(pharmaceutical GRADE) BUT MSM Taste like sh*t.
Overdose MSM....6000 +mg a day...half-life of msm in the blood is like 12 hrs. NON toxic at all..

there are just good add-ons!

squeegee, those are just a 15 day supply.

I love these:

Natrol My Favorite Multiple without Iron

On good eating days I take less and when I eat bad I take the suggested dosage. Men don't normally need iron in their vitamins though you can get it with iron too. And the price is outstanding at $8.79 for a month or more supply.

Check out the magnesium and calcium in these. 400mg and 1000mg. Very rare for a vitamin to have that amount.

OK if you like whole food type I saw this Swanson Ultra Whole Food Multi:

I use Holland&Barrat's hair-skin-nail supplements. Those have been on sale for some time, I picked a 240 tablets bottle for £7 or £8 last week. The recommended dosage is 3 tablets per day, ie one after each meal. It works out to be around 10p a day.

I've been using them for some time, and I'm planning to stick with them for the foreseeable future.

JLL! you sound like a guy from the imminst.org forum!??? Ortho-Core sh*t! . MSM is just a natural source to get methionine and cysteine.. it is abundant normally in our everyday diet but who knows if your are deficiant or not? and MSM is just damn cheap anyways.

ADAM Multivitamin by NOW is a pretty good deal for the money.

If you really want to get serious, try 1) Ortho-core or whatever Life Extension's latest multi is.
