Best RU55841 mixing solution?

Hi guys,

i am thinking of hopping on the RU55841 train. I am going to order some next week.

I've read the usual 70% grain alcohol and 30% PG but pure grain alcohol is impossible to find here in Ontario. I've also read solutions involving rubbing alcohol and water but some guys say it doesn't dissolve.

I was wondering what the best solution was without grain alcohol?

dO YOU know if you can put this in an oil? Or any anti dht item for that matter.
