Best shampoo to prevent hairloss??

Most of my hair shedding comes from shampooing and combing my hair after shower?
Which is the best shampoo(s) that does not result in hair shedding?
Currently I'm using Nioxin and it does nothing for me.

You can choose (natural) organic hair cleaner.
