beta-sitosterol anybody?

Hey everybody, recently I have been hearing some good stuff about beta-sitosterol and saw palmetto.. Especially on http://www.hairsite.com

I would like to know has anybody used it and had any benefits with it? Even negative feedback would be great.

Heres a site that seems to say its pretty good for hair loss and it even says a study has been done with them both together and has regrown hair in some users.

I think BS and Saw Palmetto definately help. I've been using both for years.

I've noticed a difference in the amont of hair I shed. Much less when using those suppliments.
