hello there, fellow victims of breeding. i've been balding (thinning) for several years now, but have no bald spots; rather, i seem to be the dreaded Diffuse Thinner--it's all going away on top, slowly, but it's definitely packing its bags and starting the engine. I've been on finasteride for 8 months now, but i'm not convinced its working (they say diffuse balders are the least receptive). i'm not stopping, but will it really kick in sometime?

so, what else should i be doing? i tried rogaine, but was annoyed that it would just ooze off my scalp, abnd especially since i don't have the most time in the morning, i thought this would be a little awkward at work. has minoxidal progressed since i took it four years ago?

should i get on nizoral? does it require a prescription?

shaving my head isn't an option, as with my light skin color and light hair color, i'd just look weird. plus, as i have something of a babyface, i'd look confusing, as opposed to menacing.

your help is much appreciated, though your hair would be more.

To my knowlege nope. I see it at the chemist all the time, I really should buy some because I use propecia as-well.

Also, having light hair and a tan can look pretty good, so if you can get a tan try and shave your hair. It'll make life so much easier in the long run.
