Bicalutamide while on Steroids? (blah blah blah)

Since bicalutamide increases estrogen levels significantly due to increasing test, couldn't it be used as a way to increase test while on a steroid cycle that reduces test. Steroids/SARMS such as 1-Test (1-Andro) and RAD140 decrease test levels and if bica is used to raise test levels back up, wouldn't that reduce the damage the steroids do to your hair?

Also, couldn't someone take a combination of bica (increases test) and spironolactone or CPA (lowers test)?
