Biotest superfood and other greens supplements

There's supplements out there that claim to have 10-12 servings of fruits and vegetable's worth of anti-oxidants in one teaspoon of the powder.

With all these anti-oxidants I wonder if this stuff is really legit, there are competitors who make similar products as well.

How do we know all of this fresh food we process translates into something we can digest into a pill?

Well have you noticed anything from it?

I mean this both in regards to hair and general health, as well as skin quality.

Also the stuff I was talking about is a powder you mix into a drink and not a pill.
