Hey everyone,

What dose would you recommend to negate any biotin deficiency that a person might have? (like a just in case, in the absence of a blood test)

And..

What blood test will identify a biotin deficiency?

Also, what B vitamins/doses would be a good start for a regiment?

Thank you!

5mg a day would be good for starters but after a few months you could take it every other day.

Just take the regular Vitamin B complex pill that you can find in the convenient store.

2000 mg ! Thats a lot!!! Are you sure its not micro grams ? Your body doesn't need that much Biotin anyway.
