I just went up to the drug store and bought the 5000mcg gels. I have been taking them along with AOR orthocore multis everyday for a month and half. I dont know how much it really helps but it does make my finger nails grow faster. If your looking for a good multi to throw in I would look into the orthcore. They are pretty expensive but they are excellent forms of vitamins.
