ive heard biotin mentioned for stoping hair loss. is it effective and are there any side effects? ive heard that biotin is also good for general health including skin (i could use that) and diabetes.
is there any certain type or brand i should buy or is any biotin fine? walgreen's sells nature's bounty biotin 5000mcg 60 capsules. i dont want to overdo supplements though, i currently take a multi vitamin and flax seed/fish oil. would taking biotin and saw palmetto be good?
