Ok the patent is for a compound not physically exactly the same as Biricodar (most similar to Timcodar). But unique compounds similar in structure. The side-chains on the compound in the patent remind me of alverine. The artisan could probably make stuff up a designer molecule, at least conceptually if not actually physically..
