Black Seed Oil (Nigella sativa)

Anyone know anything about black seed oil (aka Nigella sativa aka black cumin seed oil)

Ancient people used it as a cure for everything.

Aparantly the prohet muhammad said it is a cure for all known diseases except death. Google Science seems to agree it even aliviates tumors.

Aparantly it contains beta sisterol.

Anyone?
