I decided to reduce my Minoxidol applications to 1 ML per day from twice a day as I felt that it was making my face look bloated. Does this make sense? I've been running a little more lately as I feel the up and down movement will burn off the extra weight under the chin. I'm also taking green tea a little. Is there anything else that I can do to try and tighten up my face? It seemed that the excessive Minoxidol intake was making me retain water and it only seemed to retain under my chin. The rest of my body is solid as I work out every day. Need some advice?
