Hi, here are some news.
Just had a blood test done. Could anyone comment on these values? Anything I should be aware of? I will see a doctor with it, it's just that I'm very curious.

I'll omit the unit for simplicity and indicate the range that it is supposed to be in. Note that I'm in a German speaking country with corresponding units.

Prolactin: 6.7 (4.0 -15.2)
LH 2.0 (1.5 -9.3)
FSH 3.4 (1.0 - 18.0)
DHEA -S 283 (34 -569)
Testo 7.00 (2.7 - 9.2)

From what I can tell: everything is within the ranges, LH and FSH are on the low side.
Is DHEA-S the same as DHT? Does this say anything about the effectiveness of my finasteride treatment? Regarding sides I'm seeing less libido (almost none in fact) which was the case before finasteride too, although to a lesser extent.

I would appreciate if there was anybody with some knowledge to be able to comment on these results..

unfortunately, since they r in range nobody can comment proprly

one could say to test other hormons, another that u have to know ur previous ratio between horm, another that is useless because the prob is epigenetic ....

no certainty

I understand and wasn't sure what to expect by posting this. I'm aware that I should have some values prior to treatment to compare, but by no means did I want to wait before starting finasteride back then. It is definitely advisable though.

Reason I went to do this is because of low libido mainly. Got some other sides but I can deal with them. I think that they should have done estrogen and some other values too, but the doctor was pretty ignorant and didn't care about Propecia. Kind of hard to know where to go with this. I will try some Maca next and see what happens but I don't want to treat myself with pills honestly.

DHEA-S stands for DHEA in serum (blood). It's not DHT.

The free testosterone level is a lot more important than the total testosterone level. Your doctor only checked the total testosterone level. Unfortunately, Propecia decreases the free testosterone level in all cases, which means that if your free testosterone level is too low, you should quit the drug. If you have lost morning erections and see any signs of ED (like reduced sensitivity), your estrogen level has raised too much.
