Blood tests before topical to avoid gyno - Bryan, Dave?

I am looking to get a baseline test before I restart Topical spironolactone again.

I tried topical spironolactone a few months ago at it gave me itchy nipples so I got paranoid and stopped even though everything I've read says otherwise. It's hard to tell if there was any change since I already have some degree of pseudo-gyno.

What blood parameters should I track before restarting? I'm thinking Estrogen and Prolactin would do?

Also planning to prepare the spironolactone cream in bulk and store in the freezer scooping out a 1 week supply when needed. Will low temperatures make it last longer or will the repeated freezing thawing likely to cause any problems (some components of the emulsion melting first and settling at the bottom?)
