blowdryer with dermmatch

I have a question
Do i use dermmatch after i blowdry my hair or should i use dermmatch first and then blowdry?

Instructions tell you to do it on dry hair, but it's horrible doing that, it just pulls at the hair, Most people do it on damp, towel dried at the least, not soaking wet, but not bone dry either
