boj44's story - (and some questions!)

I have been lurking around for 3 months, but I've finally decided to post and ask a few questions. I am 25 and have noticed that I am at the beginning stages of diffuse thinning. My hairline and crown are fine, but there is thinning at the front and a little at the middle. I am similar to other posters like Jayman and Helpmeplease, except I would say I have caught my thinning a little earlier than they did. I only see some scalp when my hair is spiked up or wet, but it has worsened over the last few months.

I tried propecia alone for two months but quit because the side effects were too horrible (severe breast tenderness), and did not go away with repeated use. So, I am thinking of beginning a regimen of:

MSM 2x/day
Biotin 1x/day
1% Nizoral 3x/week
Niotin Shampoo/Conditioner + Aveda Shampoo/Conditioner
Revivogen 1x/day
5% Rogaine (not yet, but a few months from now, to see if there is slight improvement with just the above)

I have some questions:

1)is there anything wrong with this plan?
2)is there anything i can add that is topical (or oral without affecting hormones)?
3)as a diffuse thinner, does my head at the top eventually go bald like those with typical male pattern baldness, or does it remain there and just gradually thin? I look good with my head buzzed, but not completely shaven, so i would like to buzz it at a 1 all over (i.e. where you see stubble, kind of like military style), but I am worried that eventually my top and front will be completely bald with only stubble at the sides and back. if i can buzz and maintain permenantly the stubble on the front and top, i will buzz it and forget about these problems! If not, I might shave it and then apply rogaine to the top and front.

Thanks, and sorry for all the questions. I hope everyone here experiences success!!

wouldn't rogaine be hard to apply because you are diffuse thinner? i just found out i am one, i decided to change my approach, only putting rogaine and topicals on hairline

I would think so, but I haven't tried it yet. I just received my revivogen and i'll see if that is difficult to apply after I buzz my hair. I'm also worried that it will be real difficult to apply revivogen with either minoxidil or topical spirinolactone (i hope to add one of these to my regimen in the next few months).
