Hello forum members, I'm 27 years old and I'm here to find out more about hair loss.
I've taken one course of oral isotretinoin, and more recently one course of adalapene topical lotion.
I've experienced some diffuse hair loss over the course of the last year or so. I've more or less joined up to continue my fact-finding mission in order to find a solution to my hair/scalp problems.
At this point my main goal is to reduce my vitamin A consumption as I might be suffering from hypervitaminosis, and furthermore figure out alternative sources for acquiring vitamins and minerals beneficial for hair maintenance and growth.
