What he said was that Lee said the sexual sides from finasteride were more like 20-30% and long term effects beyond 5 years are unknown and could be potentialy hazardous or something like that. That is if you want to believe Lee.

what redbone said is a good summary. What Dr. Lee said, which I believe, is that it's hazardous for younger men to be taking Fina because of the long term effects on a 25 year old body. He also brought up that the fact that of the men that did develop Prostate cancer, the condition was far more serious, and thus not worth the risk.
