botox is used for wrinkles.. however... there are some doctors applying botox to the scalp and there has been evidence of hair regrowth where the botox was applied.

botox dilates blood vessels so i can imagine it having growth stimulant properties, i can imagine a good regimen being an injection every 6 months and a little finasteride
it wouldn't stop male pattern baldness but it can help regrow the hair
