Breast pain=breast enlargment?

I started taking dutas recently. its early to talk about the effect but the sides started like acne and most concerning is that i started to feel kind of burning pain in my breast. and i am seriously thinking of quiting because i think the pain is an early sign of breast enlargment(kinda of like young girls have). Can anyone confirm or deny my concerns? anyone had similar feeling?

yes i had to quit propecia for that reason, quit now, mine got so bad I needed surgery to fix breasts. but now trying to find another treatment for baldness, not easy.
