Most critical point I'd say is having a wide mid tier and a balanced face. Eye area helps too.

Yeah this is what I'm thinking. A hairline that is too high, or even worse, no hairline at all distorts one's proportions and takes away the attention from one's midface which is what I used to suffer from.

his jaw shape is super ugly though...the sidepoint of his jaw are basically at the same vertical level with his chin

most of this good looking hollywood actors have this angular face shape that this guy is lacking

That's a bad jaw, it makes him look like a square. Imagine pulling it a little bit down, he would instantly look better
