Bulk order from abroad?

Do any of you guys from the u.k order in bulk from abroad when it comes to ordering minoxidil?
i go through an obscene amount(a months worth lasts me around 9-12 days)so i order what should be 6 months worth.
on the last 2 occasions parcel force has charged me an extra £25 to hand it over.
reading the receipt parcel force gave me i`ve been charged £17 customs vat and £8 clearance fee.
the minoxidil is of the kirkland variety from mypatienteducation.com.
Is it a weight issue? is it the fact that its medication?
Or,are those robbing customs wankers up to there usual? :evil:

bro - i purchase my kirkland minoxidil. from this place - safe, cheap , and know hassles with charges from the useless Royal mail.

some site will under value your order on the customs declaration or post it as a gift, if the value is under 70 pound i dont think you will have to pay vat
anyway you can always ask when ordering
