Buzz cut

[Finnasteride]

Does a buzz cut hamper the effectiveness of finasteride and minoxidil in any way? At the stage of my hair loss, it seems more aesthetically pleasing, than letting it grow.

If anything it is probably helpful, as minoxidyll can get to the scalp much easier without being absorbed by actual hair. Also, if you style it lots and put lots of gel in, whilst it's not going to cause hair loss, it's not quite as good for the hair as leaving it.

Since buzzing mine I definitely feel my thin/bald spot has sprouted a few more hairs, and it's only been a month!
