Yes. Androgen Receptor upregulation does happen with these drugs, i experienced it myself.

It depends on the individual. According to official studies your T should increase with 10-15% but it is very naive to think that this will be the case for everyone. Our hormonal system is way too complicated for that. In my decade on different hair loss forums I have probably seen close to a 100 blood tests and more often than not you see in long term users that also their T levels actually drop from finasteride.

I can say that i believe finasteride and Dutasteride lowered my Testosterone. which also made my hair thin out... so estrogen is bad too?

High levels of E can lead to hair loss.

I did not even feel like it needed to be high levels. it just seemed to be as bad as DHT.

If your T is down, then E will be too (E is made from T). I don't know where you came into the conclusion that E is bad for hair.
