My story really isn't that interesting, but I thought I might as well share a little bit of my journey through this agonizing process with the forum. I am a long time lurker and just now thought I would post some pictures. I tried finasteride for the first time in 2006 at the .25 dose and didn't really take pictures, and stopped using it after like 2 months just out of laziness.
Remembering back on that time, I know that I did not suffer side effects so I know that giving it a shot again would not hurt. This time around, I figure I would do the .5 mg dose since time has past since then and ground has been lost. I am no expert at all and just based my regimen on bits and pieces I have read around these parts.
My regimen is:
.5 Finpecia (from United) 1x daily
50mg Grapeseed extract 1x daily
Nizoral 3x weekly.
I know that Minoxidil is required for maximum results, but my battle plan is to let finasteride run it's course for 6 months before I decide to add the last piece to the equation. Anyway, enough chatter, and on to the pictures..

I am aware there are variables like camera quality, lighting and hair length, however, my hair was just recently cut and is much shorter than taken at baseline, so that really is not to be taken into consideration. One more thing, is my Nizoral off day shampoo is Head and Shoulders for thinning hair.
I really could be imagining things, but I think I see a slight improvement on the top, but I will leave that to the community to decide. All comments and opinions welcome, and thanks for reading!
