Can Anyone Recommend A Derma Needle Product?

Read this study:

Seems like microneedling may be a decent thing to add to my regimen.

Having a hard time finding exactly what I need as im not sure exactly what to look for. From what i understand most people do a 1.5mm needle? Can anyone recommend a solid product? Preferably something sold on Amazon..

I just searched derma rollers on Amazon and got cheap ones with lots of decent reviews. The ones I ordered don't seem to be available anymore which is strange but I have a 0.5 mm roller which I use once a week and a 1.0 mm roller which I use once a month. The 0.5 mm roller is great, feels like it's getting some blood circulation and is what is used by Scott Nali on YouTube. Check him out and he shows you how to use it. The 1.0 mm roller gets caught in my hair (I still have a decent amount aside from a thinning bald spot) and is more painful so I don't love it.
