Can anyone recommend a UK FUE surgeon

Hello everyone

I am desperate to have some work done on my hairline. My hairline has been maturing slowly for about 5 years and it's got to the stage where I can't hide the horrible V shape anymore. It makes me look a lot older. Unfortunately I have super fine hair, and so losing the straighter hairline has had a huge impact on styling options. I can't simply grow my hair out and have the length + volume compensate for the recession.

I see that North America has many skilled FUE surgeons. I was looking at the work of Jae Pak, for example, who performs surgeries similar to what I'm after (corner filling): http://www.realself.com/find/California/Los-Angeles/Hair-Restoration-Surgeon/Jae-Pak#photo-1958858.

Does anyone know of any practices who perform such surgeries in the UK?

None in the UK. I wouldn't consider it, I believe there's a half decent clinic in Manchester that is supposedly the British celebs go to, and one in Ireland and obviously Harley Street but they don't compare to the surgeons abroad. Look into Belgium and Turkey as potential destinations. hair transplant's are an art-form getting a bad result as you were too lazy to travel is something you might regret. Look up ********, Ferunduni , Hakan ********* and Koray Erdegon. Ironically it is cheaper than rip off British cosmetic prices and the final result would be better.

Yeah I second what massa said, UK wouldn't even be a place I would consider for an hair transplant.

It sucks how we are left behind in the world of hair transplants, we have good health care! I think we are not big on cosmetic surgery culturally. We should be on the level of the states, places like Belgium and other European places are better than us. As Massa said, it's a rip off here too.

I am heading abroad at some point for a dense hairline transplant. Norwood 2 U shape so it stands the test of time and suits me. I think one temple point will need a few grafts too as one side has grown on finasteride.

******** supposedly albeit he is quite expensive and conservative so if you have aggressive male pattern baldness he'd be reluctant to give you a low hairline but I hear he delivers good results. Personally i'd say Feriduni in Belgium as is near to England, you just have to decide what's best for you. When I need one I would go to Dr Hakan ********* in Turkey as I like his hairlines but its your choice.
