Yes testosterone can go up using finasteride.I've been on it about a month, contrary to the stories about libido declining mine feels like it is increasing, and I feel more energetic and even aggressive the last few days.
Could it be that finasteride is blocking testosterone from being converted to dht, thus leaving more testosterone in my system and causing this?

I haven't read that it increases that much that would cause aggression. I've taken TRT with no increase in aggression. If it increased energy you were probably low to begin with
