If I start taking finasteride and my genes say that I will have a current hairline up to 30, for example, can I go bald faster after stopping finasteride? Or simpler .. Does discontinuation of finasteride cause increased hair loss?

It’s not a cure, it’s a treatment. As with any condition, if you stop treating it, it resumes it’s progress. This expectation is like stopping chemotherapy and expecting cancer to subsequently throw in the towel.
If you are a responder who stops taking finasteride, your male pattern baldness will strike back with a venganece and rapidly recede until your hair catches up to where it would have been at present day had you never taken it
So the answer is yes and no. Yes, it will recede rapidly in the short term, but it will not leave you any worse than you would have otherwise been.
