Hey, new poster here. 25 year old with Norwood 3 (receded temples, with thinning hair behind receded temples, crown is mostly okay, very slight thinning). I was coming up with a plan to ideally restore and maintain to a Norwood 2 with decent thickness, which for me would be ideal.
I was wondering would it be possible to only use minoxidil for a year or so. And then let finasteride maintain it. Or would that not work? Money is a serious consideration for me, so I was hoping to get the best out of Min and then stop it and maintain the regrowth with just finasteride and using a dermapen. Anyone here have any advice for me? I did my own reading to try and become well informed, but found little on this particular question.
