The same thing is claimed about spironolactone. I highly doubt this to be true about duta or finasteride in general unless people think that less DHT with concurrent rises in T somehow leads to stupidity when all indications are no effect or even the opposite effect. It might be true for spironolactone but "brain fog" isn't even a thing in terms of the terminology or jargon of psychology sort of like being diagnosed "insane" or a "lunatic" is something from movies in the 50's.
