Yer, That's kind of a normal emotional response, you are meant to feel down, in reaction to something you perceive bad. Proper bi-polar and clinical depression is a bit different, Its something people have it all the time, something good or bad happening to people with bi-polar and clinical depression would tend to make little difference.
