the EV can be taken sublingually. Don't think Diane is supposed to be though.

You can technically do both with either, though estrofem was specifically formulated for it. The biggest difference is that one is EV (with an extra valerate) and one is EH, so they give slightly difference blood concentration levels at a given dosage
