Can I save my hair with Finasteride and Nizoral? (PICS)

Hey all! I'm 20 years old and first noticed my balding last year, at 19 years old. I am a diffuse thinner with about nw2-3 (I think). I'm going to be treating this with Finasteride and Nizoral 1% (No Minoxidil, please respect this decision!)

I have taken some pictures of the top and back of my head and would really appreciate if you would take a look and tell me if:

Using Finasteride and Nizoral 1%, what results can I expect? Can I save my hair and bring it back to maybe nw1.5, or it this too late and ambitious?

You're diffuse thinning a bit, but certainly not down to NW2-3. You have a really strong hairline, maybe like 1½, with that small V-shape, but even then, it looks good. I think being on finasteride+nizoral is an excellent combo.

You're certainly in a good position to give it a go if you don't mind taking a small chance on side effects, I say go for it

Go for it, dude, don't let your hair leave you! From what I hear, don't freak out if you get some sides, they are most probably going away after a week or few or a month. Go ahead and keep us posted with your progress!
