Can I Use 10g Oral minoxidil Without A Diuretic ?

So my minoxidil arrived, Loxidel Forte, I have 5mg and 10mg pills.

My plan is take 10g a day. From the searching I've done it seems that not many people use a diuretic at this dosage.

I wouldn't use this sh*t long term man, but you probably know about the risks. In my opinion, it can be a great tool around a SMP or after a hair transplant when you have to quit topical minoxidil for weeks.

Thanks for your concern bro. You're right , I've been contemplating about this for over a year and I have nothing to lose at the moment. I do have quite high blood pressure because of my kidney disease and I'm already prescribed lowering blood pressure meds so I think I should be fine with minoxidil.

I'd just like to know if I shouls add a very low dose spironolactone as a diuretic.

My final destination for treatment will be:
finasteride/dutasteride , 10g oral minoxidil , RU

It's either that or buzz my head and embrace my future norwood graveyard. And even tho I'm tall and kinda buff I do not look good with buzz cut.
