Since I've been using topical spironolactone my Penis has inverted and turned into a pussy and I have double "d" cup breasts.
no really, spironolactone has no systemic effects unless you goop on a HUGE amount like HairLossTalk.com and get swollen balls
Seriously though, spironolactone has negligible systemic effects when used topically because after it passes through the skin it is quickly converted to a metabolite that is a very weak antiandrogen. Very little makes it to the blood stream.
I havent had any probs with spironolactone or low-dose propecia. I am gaining nice muscle at the gym and have a great sex drive with no problem in ejaculate volume
