Hi,
I’ve been able to save my hair with minoxidil and weekly dermarolling (1.5).
Although who knows what caused my hair loss. I was on chemotherapy medication for a couple of years because of an autoimmune disease and my hair became very weak and thin after that (Around age 20).
I’m 24 now and I’ve always wanted tattoos but I am wondering if the process of healing a tattoo might interfere with dermarolling healing?
I also am wondering if tattoos (particularly the ink) might trigger hair loss or even male pattern baldness.
I’m only going to get 6-7 tattoos and use black ink (I know it uses carbon black). Coloured ink is not my style and they do contain heavy metals.
Of course, women have tattoos and have healthy hair. But seeing people mention things like tooth fillings causing hair loss has led me to this pathway of overthinking...
anyways, feel free to laugh or provide insight. Thank You!
