Can Tricomin cause fluid retention like minoxidil?

I am using Propecia and Nizoral 1% and just stopped using minoxidil foam because it was making my face puffy from the water retention. I've read Tricomin doesn't have side effects, but I've also read that it works similarly to minoxidil, so can it have this effect? Anyone using Tricomin get puffy face? Thanks.
