There are hairs which a androgen sensitive and falls sooner or later. The amount of androgen sensitive hairs is genetic trait . some have few hairs which gives them frontal recession ,some have too much amounts of sensitive hairs gives them norwood 7 baldness. My question is can we predict end outcome by feeling hair density with fingers or taking photos of entire head? Not to early but at age of 35 anyone have enough exposure of 20 years to androgens . what say.?

yes you can sort of predict it with a tricho scan. i got one done, they count the amount of hairs that are currently in androgen and if its less than normal this area will sooner or later be affected by AA. in my case, I think normal was like 80% but on my crown only 40% of hairs were currently in anagen and on the mid front 50%. which means that balding is taking place even though in the mirror its not completely obvious in those areas yet.

so yeah, maybe you can get that done, dermatologists due that. they can also measure hair diameter which also goes down during AA.

of course its not 100% accurate though but you will get a good picture combined with family history(in my case my father was NW4 at 22 and Norwood 6 at 28) but im still Norwood 2 at 23 so I hope its a bit less aggressive
Thanks for reply. I didn't heard about tricho scan before. Thanks.

Look at clint eastwood he had some stabilization at 50 now at 80 is again receding
You can only partially predict
Those with aggressive Androgenetic Alopecia before 20 are doomed but besides that theres increased risk of cancer and cvd
