Can We Reshape Our Skull Through Massage And Manual Head Pressing?

Most of the guys who are Norwood 3 or more and couldn't stop their hairloss dream to shave if off. But the most important factor is head shape . most people dose not have perfect held shape to sport a shave head look. The dome shaped head can make once appearance even ugly.
The skull not whole bone structure ,it is made up of parts that are connected by fibrous tissue called sutures. Adults have two sutures and it has been well established that incomplete fusion of human head could have survival value and could serve a purpose. My question is can manually pressing your head with slight force would change the shape of skull over time. Does it really possible. ??

Here in India I have seen some labours who has been using their head to Carry some heavy things as part of their work and most of them had flat head due to this. So I thought it could be possible for us to manually shape the skull. May be it is possible as bones are more pliable than we think.
