Hi guys!
Like me, I believe a lot of you are excited from Histogens announcements during Hair congress.
What i want to discuss in this thread is if we can make a treatment similar to their HSC, since it will take a lot of time before we can get the real tretment itself, or for them to even finish phase 3.
My idea is if it would be any beneficial to use Cellceuticals serum for skin to use on scalp. https://cellceuticalskincare.com/product/gfp-power-serum-xp/
There are some issues of information since cosmetics doesn't have the same requirement when doing trails etc... But as far as i know it contains the same active ingredients as HSC, "Cartilage regenerating complex" and "Malignancy suppressing complex": Proteins harvested from suspension with hypoxia induced multipotent stem cells.
Unfortunately the list of ingredients only states "Human fibroblast conditioned media" and can be found here: https://cellceuticalskincare.com/faqs/
The serum is $199 which is quite a lot, but I'm willing to try this out if you guys think it's a good idea. Like put it on one of my temples...
What do you guys think?
Sorry for bad english.
Here's one of their paper on the EMC and some of its proteins: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3840969/
