Can you get a hair transplant at this stage?

Hi everyone, new poster, sorry that you are all also here. Does anyone know, if hair loss has stabilised at this stage at the crown, is a hair transplant (FUE) still viable? It seems hard to get a straight / trustworthy answer from a clinic. Otherwise I am thinking Regenera Activa. It may seem like an overreaction, but my aim is to completely erase any noticeable sign of androgenetic thinning (because I'm trans).

And I know there are people who have it much worse than me – my heart truly goes out to you. I wish you the best of luck with your battles.
