Can You Use A Dermaroller After Smp?

As the title states, I had SMP done a year and a half ago but I've started to lose more hair since then and the results are beginning to look odd in certain conditions as a result.

I was wondering if I could dermaroll to get my miniaturised hairs back. I'm already on minoxidil and using nizoral (tried propecia in the past, had little to no effect on hair growth and unwanted side effects). Would the pigments from the SMP be affected if I microneedle? What can I do to ensure that I do as little damage to the pigment as possible? I have a 1.5mm dermaroller if that helps.

That's what I figured, I won't use it in which case.

Sorry, I don't feel comfortable sharing pictures. The problem is that I was a diffuse thinner when I had the procedure done so it worked out well initially but recently I've started receding dramatically at the temples which has made the contrast between areas with hair and areas without a lot clearer.
