Definately don't go with the skin shave. You will just look like a neo nazi espeically if you are in england. Most white people i know that pull off the shaved look do number 1 or 2 and if they do go down to the skin they dress nice enough to not look like a skinhead. But skinny and shaved looks dorky, but at least you won't look like a criminal like you said.
