27 years old, NW3 here.
I tried Finasteride for 3 months and ended up with full face of acne, so I dropped it.
Then I was recovering for 3 months and it looked like acne stopped showing, just post-acne marks left.
Then I decided that I want my hairline back no matter the consequences and just went for a hair transplant, it was 1 months ago.
After hair transplant I decided to at least take some vitamins + Saw Palmetto (its called Xpecia). I was taking it for 1 month and I have acne again, yesterday I dropped it.

So, I can't use Finasteride, can't even use Saw Palmetto. Probably it's some kind of reflex hyperandrogenicity or finasteride just fcked up my androgen receptors and they upregulate permanently, I don't know. What else should I try? Topical Finasteride? Probably will end up with full face of acne again because it goes systemic.
Honestly saying I'm afraid of anything stronger than finasteride, I'm not a hair lunatic, just wanted to look young again, don't want to harm my body or my masculinity with untested or strong drugs.

Try finasteride again while using low dose aromasin or arimidex (anti-estrogen) - if you look hard enough you can find them on the internet
Would you have to use aromasin the entire time you use finasteride? Or you can eventually stop using the AI and continue with finasteride?

Why do you think it's because of estrogen? I thought it could be because of increased T, when I block its convertion to DHT. If I reduce estrogen convertion then T might increase even more. Also I think a possible option is that my body can't just accept DHT reduction, most men don't react to the drug that way but there are a small percent of us who can react this way. So my body wants all of my my DHT back to function properly and it sends a signal to my androgen receptors to upregulate and my body and especially face becomes much much more sensitive to androgens and hormones and skin reacts with acne.

Why do you think its due to INcreased T , Have you actually checked it? I had and still have the same problem , cant take any 5Aplha reductase inhibitor , react exactly same way that you do. I suggest you to check your T and Estradiol, probably T will be low and Estradiol will be relatively high leading to estrogen dominance.
For your information Low T/E ratio fucks up my hair follicles like nothing else does. Saying that based on my hormones results.
Now I am trying to use 0.25 adex twice a week with finasteride to see if I can grow my hair and keep estrogenic sides at bay

Actually I checked my baseline hormone levels before finasteride. My free testosterone was very high, very close to the top border of the normal ranges. And finasteride increases free T levels if I'm not mistaken, that's why I thought it might be because of it. My E2 was in the middle, my total testosterone was in the middle or less.
I can share the exact numbers when I get home if it's interesting to you.

I have seen plenty blood results where finasteride initially increased T and E and then E stayed elevated or even elevated more but T got decreased.

Personally what I experienced was that PRopecia and rogaine gave me greatest hair Ive ever had but it only lasted few months then I started losing my hair at chemo level and grew tits simultaneously without changing anything in my regimen and that time I checked my Estradiol and it was 55pg/ml (10-42 ). So I dont know anyone else , maybe its only for me, but hormonal imbalance meaning low T/E ratio fucked my hair like nothing else did. I know MTFs grew hair nicely , I am aware all of that. But in my case, I am sure elevated estradiol affected my hair badly , now just started 1.25 mg finasteride a day and adex 0.25mg twice a day to see if i could get back those hairs , obviously still on minoxidil.
