i've been using the lotion from walgreens for a few weeks ...seems to keep my hair healthier because the minoxidil makes it so unhealthy ...i only use it at night on the scalp ...anyone used this ?

I've been Jamaican Black Castor mixed with Emu oil every other day since minoxidil and Nizoral dries my hair out. I think it just makes my hair feel more manageable when styling.

No new growth. To be honest I don't expect any. I just use it for overall scalp and hair health. I just like the way black castor oil leaves my hair after washing it. Feels thicker and manageable. Shedding hasn't really been affected. To early to tell from what I've read online (been using for a few months).
