So I started taking Cayenne about a week ago after reading that it can be beneficial. For some reason I'm going through a major ridiculous shed right now-- more than I have in years, one of those where you can just keep rubbing your head and hairs keep dropping. I've been using rogaine foam for a few years, so I doubt it's related to that. I also just got a hair transplant 3 months ago, seeing some growth, and now this shed-- really bumming me out. Anyone experience increase shedding with Cayenne?
